Jeanne's Beef Brisket

Our lean cuts of beef are rubbed down with Jeanne's Sweet and Spicy Beef Rub and marinated at least 8 hours before she slaps them on the grill at room temperature to slow-cook to perfection. That's usually an all-night event! 14 hours later, perfection. Most comments and reviews come in the form of moans and groans while swallowing. Jeanne suggests a side of her green beans to accompany this Bourbon Street BBQ masterpiece.
